Sherlock Social Club is a private, non-profit cannabis association operating within the legal framework established in Spain. This website is informative only. It is not an offer of sale, it does not advertise products or prices, and it is not directed at persons under the age of 18. Access to the association's premises is reserved exclusively to registered members.
Association rules
- • Members must be 18 years of age or older and hold valid identification.
- • Consumption takes place exclusively inside the private premises.
- • Nothing may be taken off the premises, resold, or shared with non-members.
- • Driving after consuming is never permitted.
- • Respect toward staff, members and neighbours is mandatory at all times.
- • Breach of these rules results in immediate withdrawal of membership.
Privacy policy
We collect only the personal data required to process a membership application: name, contact details, date of birth and nationality or residency. This data is used solely to verify eligibility and to communicate with applicants and members. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Members may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the association. Data is retained only for as long as the membership relationship requires, or as required by applicable law.
